Mr. Santosh Reddy also completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry and was worked with Hetero Drugs in R&D Division for 7 years. He entered into Real Estate business with his friends initiations and he is satisfied the way of business and excited to join his hands in the Real Estate Ventures. He become one of the Directors of the company and works at all aspects of the company but more particularly On-Site Developments (Civil Work).

As a director of Siyora Developers Private Limited he helps SIYORA Developers Private Limited in key areas of sales and marketing that are vital to fulfill its tremendous potential & economic developments. Dr. K.K efforts and far sighted vision of ensuring self investments enabled SIYORA Developers Private Limited to complete 1st venture in the name of Lepakshi Enclave’s and to acquire a land bank for HMDA layout. Thus ensuring a good business for the company. Dr. K.K. was instrumental in setting up SAHAKAR Nature Cure and Health Care Clinic in 2001 and currently Heads as its consultant. SAHAKAR Nature Cure and Health Care Clinic has emerged as a unique clinic at Himayath Nagar area to treat the patients of Neck / Back Pain, Obesity & Diabetes in its own way of treatment. He combines his Professional expertise & knowledge with a global prospective and practical approach to business.

He done his Medical graduation in Naturopathy and Physiotheraphy in the year 2000. Since then he in running his 2 clinics successfully one at Tarnaka and another at Karkhana. He is very much expertise in treating Back Pain and Neck Pain cases along with Obese patients and Diabetes. With his 14 years of experience, he contributes his work in the form of Funding and giving strong advices to his Co-directors. He thinks every work in customer’s point of view and advices the works to complete to satisfy customers. He is recognized for his services by “Krushi Ratna” award in the year 2004. Now he heads Dr. Reddy’s SADHANA Nature Cure Clinic as a Chief Consultant.

He done his M.Sc. in Chemistry at NCL, Pune University in 1999. Dr. Shiva Reddy has been recognized for his Dynamism, outstanding brilliance and invaluable attribution in the Chemistry and has been Bellowed with the honorary title, Doctor of Philosophy by renowned IICT, under Osmania Unviersity, Hyderabad in the year 2013. Now he is heading as CEO in Intellectual Property Consultant at Aisin Cosmos R&D Co. Ltd.,
